These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement with The Kambo Project (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for alignment calls, ceremonies, and related holistic healing services. By using this site or booking a call or session with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We offer complimentary alignment calls, and — for existing clients, arranged directly with the practitioner — ceremonies and sessions involving modalities such as Kambo, Hapé, and microdosing support. These are traditional and complementary wellness practices offered at the practitioner's discretion.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this website or provided during a call, ceremony, or session is medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician or mental health professional. Our modalities are traditional and complementary practices, not medical treatment. You are responsible for consulting your own doctor about any health condition, medication, or concern before participating, and for fully and honestly disclosing your health history and current medications during intake. Certain health conditions and medications may make a modality unsafe for you. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or modify any session based on the health information you provide or based on our judgment at the time of your session.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in any ceremony or session is voluntary. You understand that these modalities can involve intense physical and emotional responses (for example, purging), that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that you are choosing to participate with an understanding of these effects. You assume the risks associated with participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Waiver & Consent

Before any ceremony, you will be asked to review and electronically sign a separate waiver and consent form describing the specific risks of that modality in more detail. That signed document, together with these Terms, governs your session. If anything in a signed waiver conflicts with these Terms, the signed waiver controls for that session.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Alignment calls can be booked directly through this website. Ceremonies and other services are scheduled directly with the practitioner after an alignment call or intake. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Pricing and payment for services are discussed and arranged directly with the practitioner and are not processed through this website.

Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive appointment-related texts and emails from us, including confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices. Message and data rates may apply. Contact us if you'd like to stop receiving non-essential communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kambo Project and its practitioner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any call, ceremony, or session. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kambo Project and its practitioner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our services, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to The Kambo Project and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “effective date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
